1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details.

2. After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed, orders may already be processed or shipped. In such cases, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Shipped Orders

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

4. Refunds

• If the order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Custom or Bulk Orders

Orders that are customized or placed in bulk may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
